Heather Lakamp serves as the Executive Director of Impact Health Tennessee, an organization dedicated to improving access to essential healthcare services for vulnerable populations across the state. She is responsible for managing operations, building partnerships with healthcare providers, and driving the organization’s mission to use education, advocacy, and community partnerships to promote health equity throughout Tennessee.

Prior to joining Impact Health Tennessee, Heather Lakamp held several key leadership roles in the healthcare industry. At Gentiva Hospice, she served as Market Manager, where she successfully managed sales teams and established strategic partnerships with hospitals, nursing facilities, and assisted living communities. As an Administrator at Caris Healthcare, she managed organizational processes and drove branch growth while ensuring high-quality patient care. Most recently, Heather was the Area Vice President of Business Development at Hospice of Chattanooga, where led with a focus on team motivation, effective coaching, and strategic business planning that significantly expanded the organization’s community presence.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Management from Bryan College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. With a passion for servant leadership and a deep commitment to improving healthcare access, Heather is dedicated to making a lasting impact on the communities she serves.
